Behavior RTI uses a proprietary user interface & structured interviews to provide Tier-2 and Tier-3 behavior support plans on demand. The app gathers key info from staff who know the student best, and support teachers in selecting evidence-based interventions that will work for the student, the teacher, and the classroom. It provides all supporting documents and forms, such as targeted Check-in, Check-out scripts, self-monitoring sheets, and token boards -- even substitute teacher notes and daily home communication templates!

Having a good plan and materials is only half the battle. Our software supports teachers in the integral element of implementing plans with fidelity. It does this without fidelity observations plagued by observer reactivity on the part of the student and teacher. We support collegial and supportive relationships by replacing the critical, judgmental nature of fidelity work with teacher supports for professional development. BRTI even checks in regularly with teachers for feedback on the feasibility of plans - sharing this information with pupil services staff and administrators to facilitate teacher support.
